2016 Mustang GT 5.0 Vehicle Not Supported / xml Unsupported vin

Hello,
I just purchased a Diablo inTune i3. I just spent about an hour updating it and went to go and use it for the first time in my 2016 Mustang GT. I plugged it in, and everything loaded up; I selected the tune button, and it started to load. It said the vehicle was not supported, and an update may be needed. It then checked for updates and said there were no updates available. I can send my XML file. Can you please help? I'd hate to have to send this back.

pretty sure you called in earlier? it was a calibration that did not come from ford, meaning someone changed it in an effort to lock the pcm ideally.
