Gear ratio issues 2011 5.7 pursuit charger

Hello I have a 2011 Dodge Charger rt rwd ex pursuit it comes with the 3.06 rear end which I believe is for factory awd models. A few months back I purchased the Ams racing kit with the predator 2 included for a 5.7 rwd charger, everything has went fine except on “stock” gear ratio the car gives me a wrong gear ratio engine code and the only option I have close on the tuner is 3.07 which also throws a wrong gear ratio code once I get up to about 75 80 mph and it also kicks back to the “stock” selection everytime the car turns off, I have to set it to 3.07 every time it starts up to go anywhere, what can be done to help me?

so did you change the rear end gears?
if not, no need to make any adjustments to the gear parameters. set it back to stock
