Seller says he unmarried vehicle but I need to buy a new license because he used it, I'm assuming it's still married to his vehicle but me buying a new license will fix my issue and it'll work on my truck? Got the i3 for 100$ so good deal

yes if it says its not licensed for use in your truck, add a license for $149 and you are good to go.
