Intune I3 will not install updates to device

I have been trying to update my Intune for a few months now and every time I try it gets to installing the updates on the device and it gets maybe 1 or 2 of the 18 updates installed and then it just freezes. Any help with this issue?

wifi or on update agent?

Using the Update Agent. I have deleted it and downloaded it again and still continue to have the same problem.

I've had the same issue with the Agent on my macbook. Got a different method off a youtube video; connect your intune i3 to USB power adaptor, connect i3 to wifi directly, then upload the update to the i3. That worked great for me!

Well I did call the phone number and was told that there is really no need to update the device because it does not actually update the tunes just adds new vehicles. So there is no reason to update the tuner that will effect the tunes?

That was my original post I guess I didn’t realize I had registered with two different emails. So yes I did call the support number and was told there really is no need to update the Intune.

yes, if not having any issues, theres no real reason to keep updating
