PCM reflash on 2006 mustang gt?

I had got a 2006 mustang gt last December and have had lots of problem out of it and haven’t ever really been able to determine the source of the problem when I had got the car the guy who sold it to me gave me a Diablo tuner with it a older model but made for the time spec of the car so I never thought much about it but today when I was trouble shooting why my car wouldn’t turn back on I noticed the anti theft light flashing and correlated that back to other people saying their car wasn’t compatible with the tunes because the pcm was outdated or something along those lines, I seen where y’all had refrlashed someone’s pcm for them and was wondering if there was anyway I could possibly receive the same kind of proposal as for my local ford deal ship won’t even take care of the air bag recall I’ve been trying to get them to service since January, thanks for your time and hope to hear back from someone soon

did you try changing the tune with the Predator?

I’ve tried different tunes but not all of them

Tried all the tunes available car turns over but won’t crank anti theft is flashing

sorry, the question was, did this happen after using the tuner, or it just randomly occurred?
sounds like it will need a PATs relearn.

Yes I had switched the tune back to the original saved factory tune before I had drove it to the gas station trying to get it out of the limp home operation that had been occurring on the 93 performance tune
