I can’t find the DSDOWNLOADER anywhere on the internet and my 2005 300c diablo t1000 says I need a CAL update but I can’t do it without the DS downloader and I don’t know where to get it. What cords do I need for this as well ?

Those T1000's were discontinued many many years ago and are no longer supported... hence why the dsdownloader program is no longer available... and the ollllld update server that was for those old t1000's no longer exists - so even if you had the dsdownloader program, it wouldn't do anything, wouldn't get any updates...
