I OWN A 04 F350,6.0 WITH A PREDATOR U7165 PROGRAMER. THIS PROGRAMER IS THE BIGGEST PICE OF CRAP! I CANT BELIVE THEY ARE ABLE TO SELL THIS JUNK! FROM DAY ONE THERE WAS PROBLEMS. MY HIGH PRESSURE OIL PUMP WENT OUT BECAUSE OF IT. LUCKY FOR ME I STILL HAVE A WARANTY. I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMEND THIS TO A CHEVY GUY. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A BANKS SIX GUN WITH SPEED LOADER. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GREAT IT IS. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL,JUST POWER,TORQUE,AND FUEL ECONOMY WITH THE TURN OF A SWITCH.NOT TO MENTION HOW GREAT THERE SUPPORT TEAM WAS WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT THE INSTALL. I JUST HOPE ANY ONE THINKING OF BUYING THIS PICE OF $#!* PROGRAMER COMES TO THIS WEB SITE AND READS THE FORUM POSTS. I GUESS ITS LIKE THEY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Per your other post it sounds like your truck was already ill, having problems running the stock tune.

I DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH STOCK UNTILL I RAN THE PERFORMANCE TUNE FOR A MONTH. IT STARTED SMOKING AND LOST ALL POWER. THE DEALERSHIP INFORMED ME THAT THE HIGH PRESSURE OIL PUMP WENT OUT AND THAT THE HIGH PRESSURE OIL PUMP IS USED TO MAKE FUEL PRESSURE.THE REASON WHY IT WENT OUT IS THAT THE PROGRAMER IS CALLING FOR A HIGHER DEMAND OF FUEL,AND THE FACTORY PARTS ARE NOT ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THIS DEMAND AND WILL GO OUT. PLEASE STOP PRETENDING LIKE YOU HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS FAR FROME IT! MAYBE DIABLO SPORT SHOULD BUY A BANKS SYSTEM AND SEE HOW IT IS REALLY DONE!!!

You do realize that I've datalogged ICP (Injection pressure) on both and ours has less right? There are quite a few programmers that take the injection pressure beyond acceptable limits and our is not one of them.

Not to mention, we have sold what, like 3000+ U7165 Predators and there are all of 1 of you here claiming it killed your high pressure pump?

Keep this in mind...when dealers KNOW you added aftermarket parts to a truck, they will tell you that those parts caused any problems that you have as it only makes sense for them to do so in order to have you pay for it rather than warranty it.

Can we data log so you can see the ICP's? If we stack a power module like Edge juice w/attitude on top of the predator tune it would be nice to see the ICP's to know if they are acceptible? Edge says they dont test using the Diablo so they dont know.
