Can I send in tuner to use for different vehicle and get a separate PCM from Diablo I have in tune i3

I have a IntuneI3 and got rid of my old truck I left the PCM on the truck I got from Diablo but I got the handheld tuner out was wanting to use in new truck and just get new ones adapter and PCM is this possible?
