I traded my 2014 Silverado Truck and got a 2017 Silverado 4x4 with 5.3 engine. Will my old inTune work on my 2017?

Also I forgot to return the old truck back to stock and will have to get it unlocked from that vehicle so I can use it.

I am ready for a custom tune but I cant get a data log from my unit. I can start the log and it looks like it is working but when I back out to save the log it locks up and no log is saved to the unit. I tried doing just a 30 sec log and still no luck.

Please help....

Ok, I am ready for a custom tune for my SS Camaro but I need to get a problem with Data Logging fixed first. Even if I only do a 1 min log when I try to back out to save it the unit locks up. The software version in the unit is 1t03ui.

Or is the mods I have not worth doing a custom tune? I am new to this and don't understand all the advanced settings of the inTune ...

Same here. I also noticed that if I go into the settings and look at the firmware info or just browes around it will lock up on me as well.

I just received my new inTune i 1000 today and made sure it was up to date and registered.

When I select a tune it backed up the ECM just fine but when it gets to backing up the TCM it hangs at 100 percent.

Getting frustrated because I have been on hold for over an hour now!
