I have an intune i2030 and have been trying to search and find the serial number for a couple weeks. I have searched the boards and my unit the box everywhere I can think of and have no clue where this is located at. If someone could help me that would be great.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I talked with Mike at Diablo on Friday a registry reset has taken care of the issue for now. Thank you all for the help. Hopefully things are good to go now.

Well after replacing the unit and finally getting it to work long enough to load a tune. I reloaded the stock tune to take the vehicle to the dealership. I know they aren't supposed to be messing with the ppm but just to be safe i unloaded the tune thinking there would not be an issue but alas that ...

I was able to get the information to Mike he sent me the information. I sent the unit back Saturday. We should be good but thank you very much but for checking on this.

Upon advice of telephone tech support josh. I have just finished updating the tool again but alas that has not corrected the issue still sittin at the please wait screen.

Well I suppose I spoke too soon it is currently only doing this when I click tune vehicle.
