Yes with the tuner removed (stock tune) the transmission shifts. Normally in both regular and tow modes. It is only once I load the tuner in that it starts acting up. I played with it a little more and ot almost seems like the trans only sees gears 1-3 or maybe 1-4. Meaning if I'm driving at 40mph ...
