I did go back to the factory tune (which is kinda like kissing my sister), and I reintalled the venturi in the Airaid CAI tube as well so the car would think it has the stock air box. I just wanted to get the skinny on the "Readiness Test" before I took it back and used up my one free retest.

I have a 2006 Mustang GT and a U7140 (v.8r36), and the car just failed emissions testing in Missouri. Other mods include FRPP ceramic shortys, FRPP x-pipe (CATs intact), JBA axle-backs, UDPs, Airaid CAI, Predator Airaid 93 octane tune and 4.30s. Any idea how I can make this thing pass?

I have a 2006 Mustang GT/U7140, and it seems to me that it is beginning to lay down a bit. Still has good bottom end horsepower and torque, but nothing like it had when I first put the Predator to it with all my mods... CAI, UDP's, headers, x-pipe, JBA axlebacks, etc. Another thing that is happening ...

Try setting the baud rate in your Predator and your PC to 112,500, and make sure both com ports are set to the same port (com1 to com1). Everything else should be fine, but I don't understand why you're using a modem. Aren't you just using a regular serial cable or USB to serial cable?

What kind of gains could I expect, if any, from tweaking the global timing settings in my tune? Is this even advisable? If so, where would you recommend starting point or any limitations to the settings?
