I just sold my Pedator on ebay. It is for a GM 2004-05 duramax lly. The buyer has the same truck. Will it work on his truck or did it lock into my vin? If it is locked to my vin, what can be done to make it work for his truck? Thanks for your help

Chevy 2500hd 2005. With any tune my truck computer readouts are wrong. Fuel mileage is about 5 mpg high, fuel used is about 30% too low.
Stock tires/wheels, stock fuel tank. K&N cold air intake is the only mod. I also tried setting proper tire size and gear ration in the tune, made no diff.

Ok, after reading the replies and my original message, I thought I should give more data. This problem acts as if the rev limit has been changed to 2000 rpm. The engine revs and cuts and revs and cuts if I try to push past 2k rpm. I have driven another 500 miles on the 85 hp tune and it is just fine.
