Thanks. Do I just contact tech support then? Any chance i can try forcing calibration just to see if its something else going on? Really appreciate the help.

I suspect that's what happened... will a forced calibration fix that or what are my options.

I was originally able to install a tune after it asked for a calibration update. I then uninstalled the tune and tried installing a tune with my old t1000 and that failed so i decided to just stick with the t2 and reinstall the tune again, but this time it ...

I have a trinity t2 and it wont complete the install and get an error about failure to read the factory data.

Also it won't connect to a laptop. I've tried 3 different laptops and 3 different cables including a brand new data cable

Any ideas? Thanks
