Now that sucks. I was not going to upgrade mine because I had heard it wouldn't do balance rates with the new program, that is why I asked the tech.

I did not know to ask that question. I can tell you that when I asked, he put me on hold, supposedly to ask around to make sure he was right.

Using a predator that is locked to one truck, can you read injector balance on a second truck? This scenario is for two 2003 Duramaxes.

I am about to send mine in for the upgrade and unlock. When I talked with the tech, he said they are now able to check balances for the injectors. Mine is a 2003 Duramax.

Hey Mike. I received your e-mail and responded. I was not sure where to find the part number, but as mentioned in the e-mail, it was originally for a 2001 Duramax and I now have a 2003 Duramax I want to use it for.

How do you know what part number you have. I looked at the hand held and didn't see anything obvious. Also, I see there is new software programs, but you may not be able to check injector balances. Is that correct?
