Yeah i tried it and it still says not supported and no it has not been serviced by the dealer

Just tried it and it does display my trucks vin

i have my i2 for a 2013 ram 1500 i just updated it and when i plug it into my truck it says not supported when i press the tune button it used to work just fine before update.. sn# 1QQGPTRUV0
