It is infuriating to me that dsdownloader auto updates the Trinity. It should not do that.

Run the 93 tune with your 98 octane, add 5% fuel across the rpm range, log again and see if you get knock. If you get knock, try adding a little more fuel, or try the 91 octane tune with 5% fuel. Keep logging, see if you can get rid of the knock with added fuel. If you can't, try a different brand ...

Yah, you're getting some knock. That's going to hurt performance. Have you tried adding 5% fuel?

You need to include the Short Term and Long Term Knock Retard PIDs when you log.

You can definitely have knock and not hear it, in fact if you heard it that would be bad. Problem here is that if it is getting STKR or LTKR, i.e. it is pulling timing for knock, then you are LOSING performance.
Bottom line, you should do some logging, you have the tool to do it.
