what am i adjusting? the wideband or the trinity2 and how and were do i go to change value?

my readings on trinty 2 are off my eas is hooked up to white wire 5v and my aem is reading 14.7 like it should at idle but trinty is reading 13.7 at idle how can i adjust?

idle should be 14.7 at idle on all gas engines.

all i damn get is an unexpected error has occurred every time i try to put custom tune on this thing i called support they made me reset the thing many times and nothing they gave me rma and i just got it back and same damn thing im pissed i need to tune this car but i cant this thing is useless ...

updated my trinity today and when back to car and now all i get is cant read pcm and my car wont start i help diablo make the tune for caliber srt-4 since i was test car and now im stuck with a car that wont start and will not be able to go to work tommorow.

Hey mike it wont load anything on car it freezes when it does work it all happened when i updated trinity last week I even tried to update tool and soon as i plug it in to computer it gives me the fatal error message. So its basically useless at this point.
