I just want my trinity to comunicate with tcm... i need custom tcm tune

Hi i just bought a Trinity last week because i was having issues with my Intune not reading TCM so i coulnt do any TCM tuning. I called your Tech line and had you guys do a Force CAL on the intune and still nothing. so they said that Trinitys run on a different systom or something and that it reads ...

i have tha same truck as you and ive had this problem from the begining and they have tryed everything to make it read TCM and have had no luck. The only thing i cant think of doing is buying a Trinity and see if that works but i dont want to be stuck paying $600 and it not working... Good Luck

Can you guys give me a good deal on a Trinity? Ive tryed everything possible to get TCM support and this tool doesnt do it... if the Trinity doesnt work then i guess im SOL. What can you do for me? Thanks

Ok.. so i called tech support and had them do a force CAL update, went though the whole thing loaded it to the vehicle and there was no change, is this all i can do? Whats are my options?

I tryed it on my truck and its still the same problem, trans tuning doesnt appear anywhere. ive been thinking of trying out a Trinity but i realy dont want to fork out $600 and have the same problem. but i dont know if its the intune or the truck

ok i updated it and there is no change, i still cant do TCM tunnig. ive tryed every update and a couple monthe ago a tech guy had me load some file to fix the problem but didnt fix the problem. ill post it...
