He didn't say they recommend against it either. It's probably not worth it on a vehicle with less than 75k miles. But it won't hurt your car either. The best boosters are the one's that contain MMT.

I'm in Denver (5,280) and I have been using the 93 performance tune on my 06 GT with the 91 fuel and it's been great. No problems at all.

FYI, it's a CL7140 performance tune, not the U7140. I don't know if that would matter.

Don't waste your money on octane boosters unless you experience knock with the current fuel. Yeah, since it ran fine with 91 fuel and the 93 octance tune I see no reason to use the booster. It ran fine with the booster too.

Last night I loaded the 93 octane performance tune on my GT and drove it to the gym and back on 91 octance fuel.

It ran like a top with no problems at all. I'm going to add an octance booster tomorrow and see what happens next.
