I'm running stock 3.73 gears but I have 255/80/17 tires that are a bit taller than the stock ones. I used the trinity to change that accordingly. Mine did this with the stock tires as well if I remember correctly.

i've had this issue since day 1 of having my JK. pisses me off. it's like an annoying little half shift for no purpose. it's always shifted weird for me. not when i'm in manual mode tho. only in auto. its like it's undecided on if it really want to shift into 3rd or not. very annoying. keep tellin ...

It's extremely noticeable almost to the point of where it feels like it has changed gears but then it picks right back up. Is there a way to reset the TCM or should I completely reflash the tune? The only thing I'm running is an airaid cold air intake and a small throttle body spacer.

Thank you for the reply, I've been on hold for 15 minutes to ask that question. If you need testers I have a 2013 with less than 900 miles on the odometer. No engine mods but it does have 33" tires. I'm in Atlanta though :-/ Would be happy to beta test.
