2006 300c shift points?

did anyone compare the difference for stock shift veruses 6,000 shifts with a 5.7 hemi is 6,000 to much it shifts harder but my car was dynoed and seems peak is 5500 so i use stock shift but first to second doesnt hit as hard as 6,000 shifts

Whats the question. Compare what?
You can go for feel and sound or you can go for ET. It's a personal choice.

what i mean is do you loose power with higher shifts

With the 5.7L, yes. With the 6.1L, no.

It's been tested, it's been shown on a dyno. The 5.7's power drops off quickly over 5500 and dropping into the next gear at a higher rpm doesn't make up for what you lost staying in the previous gear longer.

The butt dyno is different. You may like the feel and sound of reving it higher but the other guy with stock shift points is going to beat you to the line. Heh, you're not racing all the time so you should set it to what you like the most and then set it to stock when you go to the track.
