03 HEMI RAM looking to buy pred but no trans controls?

2003 Ram 2500 Hemi 4x4 5speed automatic

How far down the road does it look like its gonna be before yall get everything worked out with the trans settings if at all? Also, if you all do get it working will it work on my truck being that it is a 2500?

P.S. I know you guys have been taking some heat from other guys on this subject but I have not seen anyone ask about the whole 2500 part of my question.

Yeah, once TCM is done for 03-04, it will work in any HEMI Ram.

If you do buy it now, you will see improved shifting under heavy load/WOT.

is it like the superchips 1-2 shift on the 2003? are you guys activley working on the 2003 tcm support or is it on your to-do list? i'm on the fence now, who ever comes out with 2003 support first is who i am going to choose for my tuning needs.

I have a 2500 also.
And I also own the Diablo tuner.

Right now the predator does not support the 03 rams whatsoever.
The only functions that work on the 03s are datalogging,87.89.91 tunes,some basic fuel trim adjustments,and again basic spark advance.

if you want a tuner that has at least some support for the 03s,I would recommend the Superchip 3714,or Hypertech 50013.
Both offer much more than Diablo does,and both have similar preset tunes.
The hypertech showed the greatest Tq gians of the 2 tuners on the dyno runs I ran.

I could not test the Diablo cause I could not get past the speed limiter when running 3rd gear pulls,or rev limiter,although max tq and hp have peaked before 5000rpm anyway.

Most of us have been waiting a long time for promised support from Diablo.
If they ever offer support,it will without a doubt be the best tuner on the market.
But without that support,In my opinion its not worth the price of admission.
