2004 Build, F-250, 6.0, 80,000 mi. Original tune program was returned to truck so that truck could be taken to the dealer for repair. Dealer replaced EGR Cooler, Oil Cooler, /EGR Cleaning, replace Turbo and reprogram FICM (TSB 07-5-4). I have driven the truck for a couple of days now as recieved from the dealer with no noticable issues. Tried to install Diablo Predator Tune but now get a "Feature not Supported" message. CALID ARZ2AL00, VXBC9N8.HEX*, TQBF0NA.HEX*. How do I correct this to be able to install a tune? The Tuner serial no. is 200021C and has the Ford-6-0-7r45 crom.

Also checked the trouble codes and found P0113, P0404, P0603 and P1102. What is going on here?

The EGR Cooler was replaced and EGR cleaned about 10 mths ago. Is this latest repair a fix for this problem or can I expect a reaccurance in the near future?
