I want to look at my custom tune settings

I want to look at my custom tune settings which is in a .frg file. Is the CMR software required to do this? Is there another way that I can view this file on my computer? Of course being able to make educated adjustments to the settings would be awsome.

yes you will need cmr s,w to do any changes
