Trinity not working on 6.0

05 Ford, F-250 6.0
I just unhooked the trinity from my truck to take it in and hook it to the computer to find out I have to install the original tune before I can modify anything.
And now when I hook the trinity upto my truck it doesnt turn on or work.
So Im stuck with the 100hp tune and I am going to start pulling 10000lbs next week.
So idk what to do.
Any suggestions?

Best thing to do is to contact Diablo on Monday and have them help you restore the truck to stock settings then discuss options for either an update, or warranty on the unit if it is not working.

Called Diablo and then sent an RMA request.
Im stuck in the 100hp tune and need to tow by next week and the original tune is stuck on the Trinity so im SOL.

Do you have a way to monitor egt temps?

No but my exhaust is dumped at the downpipe. And no EGR.

on the extreme tune egt temps stay very very low. We were all pleasantly surprised, however without a way to monitor egt temps, i wouldn't tow with it. Is your 6.0L head studded yet? Some of the best things you can do for a 6.0L is head studs, egt gauge and as you already have, egr delete. What is your name?...i will keep my ears open for when your unit arrives.

got the unit, letting the rma guys run their tests than I'm going to flash a bench ecm with it to make sure the procedure works correctly.

Stock tune is on the trinity and the truck is still in the extreme tune mode.
So I need that stock tune back.

Can you custom load a smoke tune file on there?
And is there anyway to change the tire size since my speedo is off with my 35's?

I can try srt, ill play around with it a bit and see if theres anyway to get more smoke out of it. The speedo is another issue, i think there MIGHT be a way to get it to work but i could be wrong. Ill get back to you tomorrow on it

Will the gauges and layouts also be working on it because two of them didnt work and I couldnt customize the gauge layouts.
