cannot return my srt4 to stock tune....please help

ok i filled that rma out. im gonna assume nothing is charged till diablosport gets the tuner and would decide what to do? is that correct?

maybe i just missed it but is there a spot where we can the status of our warranty work. such as item received processing etc...?

Funny you should ask....our rma department has tested the tool and all checks out so far.

Do you still have a tune in the car, or has it been reflashed at the dealer?

the only time it has been to the dealer was the day i picked it up. the tune is still in the car. it has never been back to the dealer or any dealer or garage except to have tires put on since i bought the car. the only PCM mod i have done was the diablo

Do you want us to reset it and send it back?

by reset does that mean the predator is back to as if i just bought it and it can be applied to another srt 4 now?

same issue.

tried on another srt-4 to make sure it was not my car that was the issue and it will not work on it either.

"had a PM saying it was reset and ready to work on any srt4 thats why it was tried on another srt-4"
