2003 6.0 u7165 VXAP2n2 Truck will not start help

Just downloaded the 100hp and the progammer ask to cut the switch off and i did. Then all of the tune finished loading to the programmer so I then installed the tune to the truck. When it said to start the truck would not even start nor would the stater engage. So tried to put the orginal back into the truck and now with the programmer does not regconize the truck. I went to the options screen to troubleshooting to restore the original backup. Do I need to force? I did have the truck at the factory settings before tring to load the custom tune. On the main screen shows Custom Tune, Diagnostics, and Options. Please help I need the truck back. Is there a way to see what tune is on the progammer? It does say that the last tune written is custom tune. Other than just waiting for new updates I have never had any problems uploading or down loading with the progammer.

Did the tool do a original back up , if it did we should be able to force it back,but you will need a password from us, contact our tech department at 561-908-0041 x1 they will help you thank you

Wille thank you for your help, my wife called this morning and talked to your support group and they walked her through over the phone. Truck is back to the factory tune and trying to get the 100 hp again. Went to web site and down loaded the 100 hp to my computer all good, then tried to download to the programmer and same thing. Only 66 of the total bits load to the programmer and it saids to cut the switch off, and i am loading to the predator under send tune file to predator. I am not hook to the truck at all. Last night when I did take it to the truck and and I did what it said after it finished loading i loaded the custom tune to truck it then would not start or would the factory tune load back up and that why I had to your help. So now everything is back to factory. What do I need to do next? But I can load the v.8r17 to the progammer and it loads right up. I have tried to download the other 100hp just to see if that would work and no good either. Scared to hook it back to the truck after what happen. Any help would be great. Thanks all.
