trinity plug in messed up unit will not power up

Post by busters1195 »

here is my problem, i bought a trinity t1000 from extreme diesel performance, well they shipped me a unit that had been returned. i did not relize at the time but after putting on a 100 hp tune to try, i tried to go back to stock settings. the plug was not getting connection is what diablo said when i called tech. they said to take it out and plug it in again and press real hard. i did and know the prongs inside the unit got bent and broke. now extreme diesel sent me a new unit and wants my old/new unit back which is good but... i have the stock tune on that tool that i cannot get off!!!!! to send old one back.. is there anyway to get stock tune over to new unit. keep in mine i have been thru hell and back because of the used unit they shipped me to begin with had the faulty plug.possibly save the stock tune to a pc from old unit and put on the new unit ????.....update just backed up old trinity to pc of original tune abd it was a large file, went to send it to new tool and much quicker install small file. hooked it up to truck and said original backup not installed

The new connector looks like this: http://www.diablosport.com/index.php?na ... ic&t=18089 Scroll down until you see the pictures.
The apostrophe does not mean "Look out, here comes an S"!

"I couldn't care less" means it is impossible to care less - "I could care less" just makes you look stupid.
