Help! Trying to identify what Diablo sport chip I have

I have a 91 mustang that had some surging idle problems. I had diagnostics done on the car and they put in a diablo sport chip.
I have no idea how to determine what chip I have. How do I identify what chip i have?

Is it adjustable, if so how?
What settings come preprogramed?
What scanner or software is needed to change the programs?
Is there anything on line that would tell you where to set the TPS, idle and timing?
Does it pull timing out?

The car currently has a miss at 3/4 to full throttle.

Honestly the only ones who know what is on it is whoever programmed it.
