100hp tune will only make 20lb of boost

my truck will not boost over 20lb with the 100hp tune and i also checked my codes and i have the low code 2290 also my cal id is vxcf4dc

There is a sticky above with an explaination as to why this is happening, and there are custom tunes there for download to fix the issue.
Here is the tune you need for your truck:
