i looked over at dodge's site and its got the intake and everything of the new 310hp one (the 1 they have have pictured on that website so i do believe it is the 310hp one). Like i said though, it went 15.1, don't take dyno numbers to heart, that car obviously performs better then the numbers suggest. I had to return the car to stock for a bit and when he came back he said it was night and day difference between tuned v.s. untuned

only way it would be the 310HP is if it has the Flex Fuel badge on the back of the truck and the gas cap is yellow with E85 on it. everything else including the intake is the same. the 4.7 Flex Fuel also has 16 spark plugs.... 4 in the top of each head and 4 in the side of each head. the non flex fuel 4.7 is just 4 in the side of each head.

I have a 2005 ram1500 4.7L 6spd manual trans 4x4, I have done some minor mods to it, like headers, true 68.5mm throttle body.(as factory they have a restickter in the throttle body. i had it removed. custom exhuast from headers back, 180 t-stat, under drive crank pulley, custom cool air intake, relocated air intake temp sensor, changed from 3.55 axle gears to 4.56, upgraded the clutch to a centerforce stage 2, all this and i still get better MPG's then a hemi, and i havent swapped out the cams yet for a set of factory H.O. cams and my truck is used on a farm pulling heavy loads, it hasnt been on a dyno yet. but yes there is a ton of room for the 4.7L. as of speaking im building a 4.7L into a 5.1L stroker. the 4.7L is very close to a 4.6L ford. the 4.7L in stock form is more of a daily driver city setup. and the hemi is a power pushing gas sucking country setup. meaning ment to pull wt. i went with the 4.7L because they dont offer a hemi with a 6spd in a half ton. only in the 3/4ton power wagon. diablosport, I will say that there is a very big market for a tuner that one can adjust the mapping. by a laptop on a dyno. for peak perfomance. I know SCT is able to go deeper then a superchips tuner. but if im going to spend that much money i want it to be able to do whay i want it too do. like spark. and injector mapping, if it was an auto trans shift mapping. not just a base tune that perked up alittle bit like a superchips. or that i cant use my laptop with a program to make adjustments like SCT. i canr just drive to a tuner to make an adjustment. if i can use a local dyno and hook up my laptop to my truck and tune it. I have this type of mind set from working with dynojet programmers for motorcycles the customer can change maps and do custom tuning with a laptop. i hope this pushes the idea for a tuner to do what the customers need and want.
thankyou.

eddy current loading dynos (which diablosport uses) will give you lower real wheel numbers than inertia "dynojet" setups but they are the most realistic tuning environment for their purposes. You need to simulate road load at speed in order to get the best timing and fuel settings. Of course they road test too but this makes their cals even more accurate and optimized.

Maybe just too small cooling fans that DS use? Numbers drop a lot without proper cooling

There are prolly some pics/vids floating around here, I'll see what I can find.

The fan is actually a hover-craft motor...it makes about a 30 mph wind.
