No support hummer h2?

Hi i bought one of your units u7194 because your website said it supports a 2008 hummer h2. Now that i have it and updated it to 9r13 it will not do anything, but i was able to save the back up file. I called last fri. feb 5 and the tech guy told me send him the back up file which i did. Then i called on mon. feb 8 and he told me their would be a new crom file with a bunch of updates on wed. feb 10 and then the unit would work in my truck. Now its thur feb 11. and still no updates, so i still can't use the unit. I am not to happy about this when the website says it will work and it doesn't. It should be update the new unit and plug it in and go, not waiting for updates to make it work. thanks 588h2

We are testing this update in house right now and it should make it out today for sure.

I just down loaded new file u7194-9r14.crom that i was told by Daiblo that would work for my H2 and it still says vehicle not supported?

when and where did you send your backup file?

If we got it from you, it should have been added.
