Advancing spark for power

Post by Jjjmtz »

Well I added a predator catch can and added the can 93 cai but the car was running perfect so I decided what if I advance the spark to +1 in all table to act if I was running 94 oct so the results were only st knk at3.5 at the first two tables and nothing in the last so I advanceded + 1 more in total + 2 in both 5 to 7 table until I got only 1 st knk with 0 lt knk in all so I only add 4% fuel in the first table so I got it down to1.50 and in the second table I added 7% till I got it to .2 in st knk with all 0 lt knk the car is now way fast that it spins the tires alot that I can't get a good 0-60 time with an app call dynolicius for the iPhone I would keep getting a 7.2 becuse of the wheel spin with traction on the light would blink at ever lauch when it would kick in so would those adjustments damage the engine?

If you keep your lt knk at 0 and your st knk around 2 or below (sporadic, not constant) I think you should be just fine.
