Driver Interface Problem

I tried to download all supported software from your website but could not find any USB-Serial Drivers work with my Windows XP ..!!

Can some one please tell me what's the right software for my problem?

I have installed DS downloader and PL Prolific driver beside the usb driver that you gave me but my windows could not install my DP U7194

What do I need to do more to solve my problem?

Predator?? you posted in the Trinity forum...

not sure man... your usb cable should have come with a cd with the proper driver on it..

otherwise, try the usb drivers on the 7194 download page: http://diablosport.com/index.php?module ... lay&pid=88

also, make sure you are an administrator account
on your PC and have administrator rights/priviledges

Actually I bought the cable from computer store..!! should I get a special one from you guys?

IF you are using as USB to RS-232 interface cable with a Predator; then you need to install the corresponding device driver than came with the cable. Here is the URL for USB to Serial cables and drivers:
