Predator for 2007 Tahoe screwed me!!!

I bought the predator for my 07 Tahoe. After getting it and loading the auto tune, I found out that the one I just got was old and not updated. Now my truck will not start, I cant get the old tune out of my handset. I have to go buy two cords so I can hook it up tp my laptop and try to download new settings. I learned this after sitting on hold for over an hour with Diablo. The tech was nice but that does not get my truck running. They did not care about me having to go purchase additional cables due to there poor quality control. I cant send it back and get my money since I cannot get the tune back in my truck and theres back in the handset. Seems like I am screwed al the way around. Thanks Diablo for nothing but broken promises. You would think word of mouth would matter but i guess since there TV spot they feel like they are on top of the world. Well, TV goes two ways. I may have the news out and let them see what I got stuck with. Diablo call me if you care 770-866-3105. I won't be waiting up.

I just recieved my programmer. I when through it and uploaded the performance tune. I drive the truck but do not notice anything different at all. I when back to put my parameters in and not it wont put my original setting back. I have tried to change tire sizes and cant, i have tried to change top speed limiter and can't. I have been on hold for Diablo for an hr as of now and no answer. How in the would does anyone get help? Do i just send this thing back? oh wait, I cant since I cannot get my orginal setting out of it. Seems like i got screwed for 350.00.

in your other post (above), you said you drove your truck after you installed the tune... so now it will not start???

what did you do after it was running the first time?

have you tried disconnecting your negative battery cable for about 15 minutes or so, then reconnecting it and see if the truck starts up?
