How do I read Rail pressure on the U7130

Can anyone tell me how to read the rail pressure on the u7130 if that is possible I have a 2003 Dodge 2500 5.9L

yea i'm wondering exactly what the name of it is also
03 cummins with pred off, straight pipe, afe, filters, Fass lift pump, and adjustable boost elbow.

I think it is listed as something like HPCRFP?
