Truck want do anything

Hello I have a 2007 Chevy LBZ I just purchased a Trinity I had installed the 65 hp tune and everything worked fine, I wanted to see how another tune worked and started to install the 120 hp tune and it gave me an error script. Then it says must install factory tune, but it want install it either so now my truck will not do anything. Also it says you can force the original tune but needs a 16 digit password, so where do you get that from and what are my options. Thanks Jeff

call us first thing in the morning with the trinity in the truck and we will give you the password.



please try what I suggested in the other thread as well, and make sure the trinity cable is firmly connected at the bottom of the trinity.

Mike is there anyway to get the password today, Im in the military and I need to ba on a post tomorrow and its 2 1/2 hours away Im in Alabama I dont know what time you open up but I could be really late, I will be glad to give you my cell # if you cant post the number on here which I understand. can't post the number up here...

and you have to be in your vehicle with the tool when you do it, because the code changes every time you disconnect/connect the tool from the vehicle...

they open up at 9am EST... give a call, and be in the vehicle, with the tool connected and powered up...
