2003 dodge ram power puck issues

Just plugged in puck and engine warning light came on and received 4 codes:

1. cooling fan speed
2. intake air charge temp sensor input above max acceptable voltage
3. fuel rail pressure sensor high
4. control module programming , error/not programmed.

any ideas why this would happen?

Thats a new one, is it a brand new puck?
