Check engine light 2010 dodge

My truck finally arrived and I went to instal my power puck. The truck starts but it throws a check engine light. I have checked all the connections and everything is fine. When I plug the stock connection back in and cycle through the starts 5 times the light goes away. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to check the codes but the key cycle does not work on the 2010's.

I have had the puck in for a week now and keep getting PO20B,P020C,P020F, all for injection timing for different cylinders. Then today I was hauling my trailer and I got P0087 fuel rail pressure to low. I was at about 3/4 throttle whenthis happened. I have the shim kit in. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you put all 3 shims in the valve?

If so, please recheck the torque spec, and make sure it is 100 ft/lbs.

All 3 shims are in and rechecked the torque. At the time this happened I was pulling my 18000 lb toyhauler up a 12% grade. The puck was set to 100% is this to much? I had a puck in my 2007 and there was never an issue.

this is a possibility....you may well have been commanding more fuel than your fuel system can provide due to the gravde and weight....

keep it at about 50% or so for heavy pulling...

Sorry to keep bothering you guys but I am still getting this code even with the puck turned to 50%. If i take off from a start at anything more than 3/4 throttle it will set off a code for low fuel pressure. This is without the trailer on. Thanx for any help.

Just to confirm, this is the P1040 Puck right?

The 07 truck was a 6.7 as well?

Yes it is the P1040. This is the second one that I have had. The first one came with the wrong wire harness. I did not use the one from my 07 this one is only a few weeks old.

I'm still waiting for help on this issue. After 4 phone calls, this post and a pm I am still not getting any help. Is this what your customer service is like? I THINK I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT.
