HI ,iam using Windows Vista@U7158 v8r10,trying to do live data stremming,when i click start a message box says [slect pids from tree] but there are none. I can data log @ uplod ok.Also trying to run the Innovate plugin a, again when i click connect message box says [ Predator not found].Thanks.

CMR DAT was written before Windows XP existed, let alone Windows Vista, so problems under Vista are difficult to diagnose. Try following the suggestions in the FAQ, especially section 7, and let me know if you have any luck.

I have tried all FQA suggestions still no go , i am goning to try a different USB- Serial cable as the Innovate plugin fails to see the Predator also, when is the U7158 due for an update to use the new viewer, thanks.

7158 is in the set of tools queued up next for conversion to the new DataViewer. However, due to other higher priority projects, my best guess at an ETA would be months instead of weeks.
