Should I upgrade U7170 from 9r03?

Is it worth my time to upgrade to 9r04? I know I get codes in the 110 tune and exhaust temps seem to come up fast in all tunes. Will upgrading help or is it a waste of time?

Tunes are the same for the most part as I recall.
