2007 charger r/t manual shift points and rev limiter

What are the mode1 and mode2 manual upshift definitions? What is the stock rev limiter setting for 07 r/t?[/list]

They are 2 different ways of disabling the auto upshift setting.

I think the stock limiter is 6K on the 5.7

How will the manual shift operate under mode1 as compared to mode2? Will it behave differently depending on which mode I select? I'd like to disable it, but I'd like to know the definitions of each mode before I select a mode.

I read somewhere else that I should just try both modes and see what works. Is that correct?
