What are these settings under OBDII for?
I guess they are ON by factory, but what are they used for?
Maybe an Off-road H/X-pipe? ...and why 3 settings???
Please give me a senario where each would be changed.

If you remove the cats, you would turn them off.

So if I add an Off-Road mid-pipe, which out of the three should be set to OFF to keep the car running right and not show the CEL?
