tuner problem

when i try to load this tune into my truck it says your vehicle is not in our database contact your dealer for a free update your cal_id is then it gives me a set of numbers and letters.it is a 2006 f350 . my ? is what do i do i am lost i have never used one of these.any help would be great thanks mike

The Predator needs to be updated to the latest revision.
