98 tt mustang gt custom tune trouble codes p1445,p0136,p0156

I just got my car of the dyno yesterday and they were unable to figure out why these codes keep popping up.

P1445-Evaporative Emission System Purge Flow Sensor Circuit High Input
p0136-O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2 see p02270 , p02271
p0156-O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2 see p02272 , p02273

they were writing the tune through the predator, I do have a Cmr chip in the comp. as well though. They were unsure if that was the reason and it was over riding the predator

I am shocked it even let you flash it with the chip installed.
