TURNING OFF MDS SYSTEM

U7137,VERSION-9R-08, 2009 DODGE RAM 1500 HEMI 5.7

ONCE I TURN OFF THE MDS SYSTEM UNDER THE MODIFY TUNE MENU, CAN I ALSO GO BACK IN THE MENU AND TURN IT BACK ON AT ANY TIME???
