predator problem finding my custom tune

i have a 09 challenger srt and a predator u7135 with software 9r23. I can't find my custom tunes on it since putting the original backup in at dealership. The only tunes I can find are the canned tunes. Where did my custom tunes disappear too? I even tried re sending them to the tool and still they don't show up anywhere. Under options I see custom tunes and under that it saysimport custom tune but when clicked on it says that imports should be started from diablosport downloader. this menu selection is obsolete. Return to main menu. Please help me out because I want my custom tune back in my car. Thanks

That is because its not on the predator any more. I hope you saved it on your computer or some where else. If you change tunes you will louse the custom tune and will need to download it on to the predator again.

I did this and still can't find it when hooked to the car. The diablosport downloader shows it being downloaded to the predator, but when I go to put it on the car I can't find it anywhere. I am baffled and confused.

What do you mean its still on the predator. You can search the forum but many have had this come up. I had the same problem with a custom tune being erased when I returned the car to stock. When you go to custom tune dose it say any thing.

I have the tunes saved on my computer. I resent them to the predator, but when I hook the predator up to my car the custom tunes don't show up. This is the problem I'm having. T want to put the custom tune back on the car.

Not sure about this....can you post the tunes you are loading?
