Predator will not reboot after new crom file

I have been updating regularly, was on 9R12. noticed that each tune seemed to loose ground in power and economy. Tried to update tool to 9R13 and it will not reboot. Only says "Installing Bootloader" Tried to go back to 9R03 (one of my favorites) and got same result.

Have done some of the little things to the truck:
S&B cold air
3.5" downpipe, still have cat
4" exhaust no muffler
Blocked EGR cooler
Oil bypass filter

Is there a better tune than 9R03 with my calid?
I am primarily interested in fuel economy, but would like for it to run if I get in it. Got ate up by a Duramax, the truck just didn't feel as froggy as it used to.

Looks like it may need to come back here to be fixed.

Mike, when I cycle power on it, it comes up with the tune that I installed. I didn't know whether to trust it.

If I try it will it lock my truck up?

I reloaded 9R03 again and everything went like it should. I'm gonna try it and see what happens.

I had the same problem with the Predator not rebooting. I just unplugged the tuner and replugged it back in all was good.
