cannot download and save update file

I have tried over and over again to download and save the update file for my u7194 and Im having no luck at all. Everytime I click on the file the dialog box comes up FIND SAVE or CANCEL If I try to save the file to my desktop and then open it it sends me to a webpage to try and find the file and I dont have any luck actually getting the file. Any help would be greatly appreciated

IF u7194-9r17.crom being saved to your Desktop; Then startup DSDownloader and after the "Express Tune" panel is presented, select Update Tool.

IF *.crom is NOT saved on your Desktop; Then try "right-click" on the webpage link and select "Save Line As..." (For Firefox) or "Save Target As.." (for Internet Explorer). THen use DSDownloader to send the *.crom to your tool.
